Our Services are designed to provide fitness and wellness programs in a safe, professional environment. All fitness activities require execution of a separate waiver agreement.
ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNTS
Age Requirements
18+ years: May create accounts and enter into agreements independently.
16-17 years: May use Services with parental consent and supervision as outlined in our waiver.
13-15 years: Restricted to youth programs with parental consent and presence requirements.
Under 13: Require parental presence during all sessions per our minor participant policies.

GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONAL CREDITS
The Platform offers gift cards redeemable for classes, packages, and memberships. Gift cards:
Are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
May not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Are non-refundable after purchase.
May not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.
Are transferable to other individuals prior to redemption.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift cards are treated like cash.
Promotional credits, referral bonuses, or complimentary classes may have additional restrictions including:

Limitations on which services they can be applied to.
Non-transferability.
Forfeiture if not used within specified timeframe.

CLASS BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
All class booking, cancellation, and related fee policies are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy document. Key points include:
8-hour cancellation window for penalty-free cancellations.
Early morning classes (Monday-Friday before 6:30am): 10:00pm cutoff the night before.
Standardized fees for late cancellations ($20) and no-shows ($25).
Waitlist confirmation required after 8-hour window: Must reply "1" to confirm.
Multiple cancellation methods available (online, phone, email, in-person).
Waitlist management with automatic enrollment procedures.
Emergency exceptions for documented qualifying circumstances.
Inclement Weather and Safety Closures
The Platform may close the studio or cancel classes due to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other safety concerns. Closure decisions are made at management discretion prioritizing member and staff safety.
Member Notification:
Emergency closures: Notification via email and text message as soon as safely possible.
Planned closures: Minimum 24-hour advance notice when possible.
Real-time updates: Posted on website homepage and social media.
If the studio remains open but you cannot safely travel due to weather conditions, you may cancel your reservation following standard cancellation procedures. Late cancellation fees may be waived at management discretion for documented severe weather events affecting your area.
If The Platform cancels classes due to closure, all affected reservations are automatically cancelled and credits/fees are immediately refunded or reversed. No action required from members.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Service Availability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access.
Service modifications may occur with reasonable notice.
Fitness Activity Risks
All fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury.
Participation requires execution of a separate liability waiver.
We recommend medical consultation before beginning any fitness program.
You participate in all activities at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Platform shall not be liable for:
